The family of a boy who died in a collision in Bolton have paid tribute to him.
Harley Richardson, aged three, from Chorley Old Road, Bolton, died last night.
Harley's distraught family, including his five-year-old sister Taya Melville, said: "He was a really good, mischievous character who everybody loved."
Mum Natasha Melville said: "He was my angel. I am numb and completely empty" and Harleys dad David Richardson said: "He was precious. I don't know how to feel, except sick. It just does not feel real.
"His three brothers will never get to bond with him."
Harley's sister Taya said: "I really liked playing with him."
Shortly before 7pm, police received reports of a collision involving a Vauxhall Astra and a child at the junction of Chorley Old Road and New Barn Street, Heaton.
Officers attended along with other emergency services.
Harley was pronounced dead shortly afterwards.
Road closures were in place for several hours while inquiries were carried out.
