A YEAR-long review of community transport has begun in Blackburn with Darwen.
The council, in partnership with Northgate Kendrick Ash, transport providers and passengers, will look to improve the service for current and potential users.
As part of the pilot, a £1 fare per journey under the scheme has been introduced.
The review will look at how many people use the service and where they travel to and from.
