POLICE are still appealing for information to help trace a smirking robber who held a shop assistant at knifepoint.
CCTV images revealed the moment a hooded robber attacked 19-year-old Richard Halford, flashing a grin to the camera at the Co-op store in Walmersley Road.
The robber and his accomplice stole about £400 cash and scratchcards when they raided the shop on November 30.
Shopworker Craig Kelly, aged 20, was also threatened during the attack, which took place at about 9.30pm.
This week, Greater Manchester Police urged anyone with information to come forward and help secure a conviction.
DC Martin Brown said: “We have clear video footage of one of the men and we know that someone out there must recognise him.”
Anyone with information should call Bury CID on 0161 856 4647, or Crimestoppers on 0800 555 111.
