Hyndburn has used emergency powers to make sure work on Oswaldtwistle Civic Theatre will not disrupt the winter pantomime period next year.
Councillors have approved firm Campbell Driver Partnership as lead consultant for the project under emergency powers to ensure that work can be completed and fitted out from March 2010 to August 2010, minimising disruption.
