COUNCIL chiefs in Rossendale have asked for people’s thoughts on how they can restore a sense of pride in the valley.
Pride in Rossendale is a new town hall initiative designed to improve neighbourhoods and encourage people to be proud of coming to the borough.
Council officers are asking for suggestions on which grot spots can be tackled or where would benefit from additional flowers or planters.
