A Clitheroe woman has won a top business psychology award for helping employees and companies.
Louisa Scanlan, who is managing director of Collaborate Business Solutions was crowned the 'Best Business Psychology Practitioner of the Year' at the Business Psychology (ABP) Awards, at the Leonardo Royal Hotel, St Pauls.
The ABP Awards are a celebration of excellence in the field of business psychology, and recognises the company's outstanding contributions to applying psychological insights that enhance business performance and contribute to the well-being of employees.
Collaborate Business Solutions applies psychological insights to address the 'multifaceted challenges faced by businesses'.
Louisa said, "I am deeply honoured to receive the Best Business Psychology Practitioner of the Year award from the esteemed Association for Business Psychology.
"This accolade is a reflection of our unwavering dedication to delivering innovative and impactful solutions that positively influence individuals and organisations alike."
The judges said in their comment, ‘Louisa's innovative approach showcases her ability to think outside the box and enhance the traditional use of psychometric tools. She is a dedicated, innovative, and highly influential figure in the realm of business psychology’.
