HASLINGDEN Street Fair 2008 will have an Olympics theme.
The fair, which will include a bonanza of street performances, local talent, and charity stalls, will run from 10am to 4pm on Saturday, September 6.
Last year more than 20 stalls, and donations from the public, gave local charities £5,000.
There will be a best stall cup' and a generous donation from Community Action in Rossendale if the winning stall belongs to a charity.
A major attraction last year was the Sparkle Dance Studio, whose girls staged dazzling displays of their talents. This year, the organisers would like to see even more talent from the local community.
