A judge ordered the arrest of a man after he failed to turn up at Burnley Crown Court to be sentenced.
Sheraz Bhatti, 26, had sent a text message to his solicitor 25 minutes before he was due in court, saying he was in London, wasn't ready to be sentenced yet and wasn't going to attend.
Judge Andrew Woolman issued a bench warrant not backed for bail for his arrest.
Bhatti, of Ivy Street, Burnley, had earlier admitted getting a person to engage in sexual activity without consent.
