AN APPEAL has been made to the Planning Inspectorate in respect of the controversial planning application for 11 Chapel Street - raising of roof height by 800mm to incorporate bedrooms in the roofspace.
Any comments already made following the original applications for planning permission will be forwarded to the Planning Inspectorate by Burnley Borough Council and copied to the Appellant, and will be taken into account by the Inspector in deciding the appeal.
