A MAN was back behind bars within four hours of being released from prison.

Blackburn magistrates heard that Jimmy Lee went looking for his mum as soon as he got home, but put himself in breach of an anti-social behaviour order because he had drunk a can of lager in the pub where he believed she was.

Lee, 41, of Limbrick, Blackburn, pleaded guilty to the breach.

He was fined £100 which was deemed to have been paid by the time spent in custody since his latest arrest.
