THE father of former World Superbike champion Carl Fogarty has denied sexually assaulting two women.
George Fogarty, 65, of Hawthorn Close, Langho, pleaded not guilty to two charges of sexual assault when he appeared before Preston Crown Court.
The prosecution alleges that the two women involved in the case were residents at a Clitheroe hostel where the defendant was employed.
Fogarty was remanded on bail and Judge Philip Sycamore fixed a trial date of February 20 next year.
