Police want to speak to Morgan Ellis
POLICE want to speak to a teenager who has allegedly been seen riding a motorcycle dangerously.
Officers said Morgan Ellis, 19, is alleged to have committed the offence in Burnley and Padiham.
A police spokesman posted on social media: "Burnley Police would like to speak to Morgan Ellis, aged 19 years old.
"Ellis has been witnessed riding a motor cycle in a dangerous manner on numerous occasions in Padiham and Burnley.
"Please ring 101 or email 92@Lancashire.pnn.police.uk."
