Cumbrian Way at the junction with Easdale Close in Burnley
POLICE are warning motorists to ensure their cars are locked up at night after a number of burglaries.
Burnley and Padiham Police published a post on their Facebook page saying a man had been arrested for 'vehicle interfence' near to Easdale Close in Ightenhill area at 5am this morning
The post read: "He was found in possession of a bag containing £20 in loose change.
"We believe the money is from a number of cars parked in the area.
"We are appealing for nearby residents to check their cars and report any items, which may have been stolen overnight."
