BRAVE: Kyle draws a raffle prize
A FUNDRAISING day raised £1500 for a young boy bravely batting cancer.
The event at Rumworth Hall, in Prescott Street, saw bumper crowds gather to support the Make Kyle Smile charity, which raises money for Kyle Buckley, originally from Deane, who suffers from a rare form of muscle tissue cancer.
There was a wide range of activities to enjoy and Kyle himself even showed up for an hour.
Organisers thanked everyone who made the event such a success.
