Craven Street, Accrington
INVESTIGATIONS are underway after two car fires in Accrington.
Fire crews attended a blaze involving an Audi in Craven Street at 1am and one in a Volkswagen Passat in Princess Street at around 4am.
A spokesman for the fire service said investigations will be carried out by themselves and the police and it is not known if they are connected.

He said: "The vehicles weren't completely burned out as we managed to respond quickly to them.
"We are not sure how they were started at this point and we are looking into it."
One crew attended each of the incidents.
