A SHOPLIFTER who stole air fresheners, candles and alcohol from shops and stores in Bolton has been sentenced to a community order by magistrates.
The court heard how Brant Chadwick, aged 29, of Knutshaw Crescent, Hunger Hill, admitted taking 13 air fresheners, worth £39, from B&M on March 31 and seven Yankee candles, valued at £63, two weeks earlier.
He also pleaded guilty to stealing a bottle of Jack Daniels, three bottles of Bacardi and air freshener refills from Asda on two occasions in February.
He was fined £20, must participate in 20 days of rehabilitation activities and pay a total of £152 in compensation.
