MAGISTRATES have fined a man £85 after he was caught begging outside Marks and Spencer in Bolton town centre on February 16.
At Bolton Magistrates’ Court the case against Luke Urmston, aged 38, of Firwood Lane, Bolton, was proved in his absence.
He was also ordered to pay £115 in prosecution costs and charges.
