A TUDOR-STYLE venue in Darwen which is approved for civil wedding ceremonies has gone on the market.
The function room, which was established in 1920, is set in Sunnyhurst Woods.
It is on the market for £89,950.
A spokesman for Intelligent Business Transfer said on website rightmove.co.uk the venue comes with a ‘great reputation and excellent growth potential’.
They said there is already around £60,000 worth of business booked for this year.
They said: “First established in 1920, over the past six years, the current owners have further grown this high-quality venue, which enjoys regular repeat custom from the local area.
