COMMUTERS are being warned to expect delays this morning after a crash on the M61.
The outside lanes have been shut in both directions between junctions five and six of the motorway following the crash at around 6am.
Motorway police reported that a vehicle and a trailer collided with the central reservation near junction six, Horwich.
#Manchester #M61 J6 + J5 both directions. Outside lanes closed due to a collision and barrier damage. Delays on both approaches.

Nobody was injured in the incident.
