This is the chilling video shot by members of a terrorist cell which contained Blackburn man, Junade Feroze.
The video was filmed by al Qaida general Dhiren Barot and accomplice Nadeem Tarmohamed in 2001 and shows potential targets in New York city including the World Trade Centre.
One of the men can be heard making an explosion sound as the camera focuses on the Twin Towers, which were destroyed just six months later.
A second video, which shows the area around the New York Stock Exchange, even has a scrolling caption which has been added by the terror cell.
Barot postponed the attacks following 9/11 and turned his attention to Britain where he devised plans to let off a series of explosions.
Barot is serving a life sentence after admitting plotting to cause mass murder earlier this year.
Feroze was jailed for 22 years for conspiracy to cause an explosion.
