THREE well-known housing associations are being brought ‘Together’ under the same branding from April.

Twin Valley Homes in Blackburn with Darwen, Housing Pendle and Green Vale Homes in Rossendale have operated as part of the same group for some time.

But from the beginning of next month the three housing associations, along with Wakefield-based Chevin and Pennine Housing 2000 in Todmorden and Calderdale, will be officially known as Together Housing.

The next few weeks will see housing offices, corporate vehicles, stationery and other aspects of the business adopt the new name. New websites and social media channels are planned.

Steve Close, the unified group’s chief executive, said: “We simplified the group structure of our social housing companies a year ago, and ever since we’ve worked hard to ensure we got the look of Together Housing right.

“We know that there was a great affection for the old brands, but this approach will allow us to save money on a whole range of services."
