THE Bank of England's deputy agent in the north west will be the guest at a breakfast meeting in Bolton.
Brian Sloan who has worked as chief economist at Greater Manchester Chamber of Commerce was appointed in 2013. He will be at The Retreat, Chorley New Road, on Tuesday, March 28 at an event organised by Yorkshire Bank and Donnelly Bentley chartered accountants.
Mr Sloan who originates from Barrow-in-Furness and now lives in Bolton, was also Economics and Tax Policy Adviser for the British Chambers of Commerce.
He has a first class engineering degree and his research was on modelling small and medium business taxation. He is also a Chartered Engineer.
The event starts with refreshments and bacon barms and a welcome from Yorkshire Bank. There will be a Q&A sessions followed by networking.
