A 21-YEAR-OLD man who breached a restraining order by visiting his mother did so with her consent.

Blackburn magistrates heard Andrew Jack Kenyon had been invited into his mum's home and she had fed him.

Simon Farnsworth, defending, told the court Mrs Kenyon was in court to support her son and intended to apply to have the restraining order removed.

Kenyon, of Oakenhurst Road, Blackburn, pleaded guilty to breaching a restraining order in favour of Audrey Kenyon. He was given a conditional discharge for 12 months and ordered to pay £20 victim surcharge.
