The court heard that heard Bolton Council received a complaint about the signs in October 2015 and warned Majeed that planning consent was needed.
But although retrospective planning application was refused and the planning inspectorate rejected an appeal in August, the signs remained in place until this weekend.
Majeed owns the the building which is used by businessman Ahmad Raza who runs the two food companies and arranged the signage.
The court was told Majeed was legally responsible and she was fined £1,000 and ordered to pay £630 in costs.
