A WOMAN was sexually assaulted in Bolton town centre.
Police have released CCTV images of a man they want to speak to following the incident on August 19 at 6.15am.
A man approached a 25-year-old woman in Crown Street and made inappropriate comments to her before exposing himself and sexually assaulting her.
The woman managed to get away from the man but has been left traumatised by the incident.
Det Cons Ged Earley from GMP’s Bolton Borough said: “This was a terrifying incident for this woman and we are keen to find out who this man is. We have managed to capture a CCTV image of a man we would like to speak to in connection with the sexual assault.”
“I ask that members of the public have a look at the images and see if they recognise him and get in touch with police if you do.”
