MOST people who have had an issue raised for them by Burnley MP Kitty Ussher were happy with the way she handled their case, a recent survey has shown.
Mrs Ussher wrote to everyone who had raised an issue with her in 2006 asking them to say how they felt their case had been handled. And 85 per cent of people said they were happy with the work.
The survey also asked what people would like to see Kitty raise in parliament - and health matters, crime, education and the environment scored highly.
She said: "Writing to everyone I raised a matter for will help me improve the service I offer. I believe passionately an MP should be available to all their constituents and listen to what they say.
