A PET owner is appealing for help in finding her missing cat.
Helena Abrahams' beloved cat, Gizmo, disappeared from the grounds of Fairfield Hospital more than a week ago and will now be needing her thyroid medication.
Gizmo first disappeared on Sunday, July 17, and a security guard at the hospital also reported seeing her in the car park last Tuesday or Wednesday.
Helena said: "I am so worried about her, I am out looking for her all the time and have posters all around the hospital and all over the lost and found sites on Facebook.
"We think maybe a member of the public may have wondered what a cat was doing on the hospital grounds and may have taken her thinking they were helping her.
"I have spoken to Bury council just in case there has been a traffic incident and they assure me that she has not been in an incident as they would have contacted me as she is chipped."
If you have seen Gizmo, call Helena on 07740045085.
