A CHILDMINDER has been told they do not meet the legal requirements for early years settings.
The person, who has not been identified by education watchdog Ofsted, was inspected in August and found to not meet the requirements.

When they were last inspected in 2012 Ofsted concluded that they did meet the requirements at the time.
The childminder was registered in 2003 and lives in Blackburn.
Inspector Hilary Boyd said: “The childminder is not meeting a number of requirements, some of which also relate to the Childcare Register.
“She has failed to inform Ofsted of changes to individuals living on the premises.
“Furthermore, the childminder does not understand her responsibility to keep an accurate record of medication administered to children, including obtaining prior permission from parents. The childminder’s knowledge of child protection is poor,” she added.
