BLACKBURN World Superbike legend Carl Fogarty relied on his Rovers knowledge to grab victory on A Question of Sport this week.
The four-times world champion joined team captain Phil Tufnell and 400m runner Perri Shakes-Drayton on the BBC1 quiz show, hosted by Sue Barker.

And it was Foggy’s knowledge of the Ewood Park club that secured vital points in a 28-27 victory over Matt Dawson’s team that included ex-West Ham striker John Hartson and Aussie rugby league star Ashton Sims.
First he identified centre-half Colin Hendry scoring a diving header among a host of other action clips on the show.
He then agreed with Tuffers and Shakes-Drayton that former Rovers goal ace Alan Shearer had netted more international goals than both Ian Rush and Ally McCoist.
Foggy opted for a home question in round three and joked with his team captain Tufnell before getting his World Superbikes question ..... correct.
He then told Shakes-Drayton: “No pressure - it’s just your own sport” and “take your time” before the runner aced her athletics category.
Unfortunately, Fogarty did slip up on his own specialism in the final quick-fire buzzer round, but his team managed to squeeze home by a single point.
He later tweeted: “Got a bit of stick over @QuestionofSport answer of Polen not Edwards.
“I thought she said ‘92 not 2002 ..... so really I was right.”
