A photographic competition has been organised by Rossendale Council to show the borough as a "cracking place to be".
Pictures can depict activities, events and achievements and is open to all ages.
The best 52, assessed by a panel of judges, will feature in next year's Rossendale Alive calendar.
Photographers must submit their entries by November 1, a maximum of three photographs per entry or organisation is allowed and each entry must come with a completed application form.
Ilona Snow-Miller, from the council, said: "We want to show Rossendale at its best in the new calendar.
"This is an opportunity for local groups to publicise their achievements to organisations and local people across East Lancashire.
"We are sure there are many talented photographers out there of all ages who can help us to show both local people and those outside the area that Rossendale is a cracking place to live."
