BUSTED: Cannabis recovered in Heaton
POLICE have unearthed £25,000 of cannabis at a house in Heaton.
Officers swooped on a house in Hereford Road at about 3pm today.
Inside they found bags of cut and dried cannabis, which has been valued at roughly £25,000.
Nobody was in the house at the time so no arrests have been made, although inquiries will continue over the coming days.
No evidence was found of cannabis being grown at the house.
