A NIGHT of magic and mystery is being held to kickstart the celebrations for the fifteenth anniversary of Bolton Hospice.

Bolton Symphony Orchestra is holding the family concert at the Victoria Hall on Saturday to launch the celebrations.

Parents and children are invited to go along dressed as characters from Harry Potter.

As well as the spectacular concert, which will feature music from Harry Potter, The Sorcerer's Apprentice and other children's magical classics, there will be story tellers and magicians.

Maria Passarello, from the fundraising department of Bolton Hospice, said: "This event will start our anniversary celebrations. This concert with Bolton Symphony Orchestra is especially aimed at families to enjoy a wonderful night of musical entertainment in the theme of mystical and magical."

Tickets available from the Albert Halls are £12 for adults, £10 for concessions and children under the age of 19 go for free. The ticket hotline is 01204 334400.
