A NURSERY worker was sent a special video message from chart toppers McBusted after she became too ill to attend their concerts.

Jennifer Miller was due to see her idols in Manchester next weekend, to celebrate her birthday, but was forced to cancel after being diagnosed with acute promyeloid leukaemia (APML) – which affects just one in 100,000 people.

Instead, she turned 21 on Friday in an isolation unit at The Christie hospital, where she is recovering from a gruelling course of chemotherapy.
