AN ACCRINGTON coach company had an industrial pressure washer worth £2,100 stolen during a ram-raid earlier this year.
Thieves in a white van reversed into metal shutters at Pilkington Bus’ base, in Argyle Street, knocking them off the rollers.

They took a large three-phase Karcher Pressure Washer, used to wash the company’s vehicles, on New Year’s Day.
Police have now released an image of a white van believed to have been involved.
Company owner Alan Pilkington said: “It’s not necessarily the thieves that annoy me, it’s the people out there who are buying this sort of stuff from them.”
They described it as a Ford Transit or a Renault Traffic van, and said the regist-ration started with FP05.
A spokesman said: “If anyone has any information regarding the incident could they please call PC Graham Hartley on 01254 353103 or 101, or via Crimestoppers on 0800 555 111, quoting reference number ED1500023.”
