ONE of two men who murdered Fusillier Lee Rigby has lost an appeal against his conviction and sentence.
Michael Adebolajo, aged 29, was given a whole-life term for the horrific murder on a London street in May 2013 and the Judicial Office has said a judge has refused him permission to appeal.
However, Adebolajo, who carried out the brutal attack with Michael Adebowale, can now make a case to a panel of Court of Appeal judges.
Fusilier Rigby's funeral took place in Bury - the home of the Fusilliers' headquarters.
