A FIRE has broken out at a Bargain Booze shop in Bromley Cross.

Two fire engines arrived on the scene after 6.30pm this evening to deal with the incident at the shop in Darwen Road.

Nearby traders described seeing the engines arrive but were unaware of what had started the fire.

It is believed there was little damage caused and the shop re-opened soon after.
