A FLASHER with a ‘large stomach’ exposed himself through the front window of a house in Accrington, while the female occupant sat watching television.

DC Jo Munro said the incident in Devonshire Street happened just before midnight on Friday.

She said: “This was very unnerving for this lady and we are very keen to trace the person involved as soon as possible. There was a similar offence in this area 12 months ago, we need the public’s help to find this man and put a stop to it.

“If anyone has any information that they think might help, if anyone has seen either anything similar or has seen anyone acting suspiciously in the area then please call police on 101.”

The man was described as having a stocky build with a large stomach. He was wearing a black quilted/padded jacket and ran off towards York Street.
