A SILENT memorial march in honour of Drummer Lee Rigby was held in Manchester yesterday.
The march started in Piccadilly Gardens before making its way to the Cenotaph near Manchester town hall where a two-minute silence was held.
The event was held to mark the first anniversary of the death of the Fusilier who was killed near his army barracks in Woolwich on May 22 last year.
Michael Adebolajo and Michael Adebowale were both sentenced to life in prison after being found guilty of his murder in December.
