Which bright spark, thought that they were being helpful, by publishing a number to call, in an online newspaper?

It would have been of more help, to publish the telephone number to call, to claim for all the food that went off, in the fridges and freezers, surely?

What was the cause of the cable fault? Was it a touch fault (perhaps a digging machine touch)? A current overload? Too much mechanical tension? Do tell us.
