AMIR Khan was one of the many famous faces from the world of sport who were involved with the Great Manchester Run on Sunday.
The former WBA boxing champion started the first three sets of runners in the 10km race, along with former Manchester United striker Andy Cole.
It was not the first time Amir, aged 27, has been involved in the event, which saw 40,000 entrants raising money for charity. He took part in 2007, completing the course in 37 minutes.
