Three Chorley club members ventured north to take part in the Ulverston Triathlon.

First home was Joe Duckworth, 10th overall, closely followed by Jonathon Mann who was 16th and not to far behind Adam Critchley, 25th.

Chorley juniors were out in force on the slopes of Rivington Pike.

Best result of the day was third place for U10 Daniel Liley, only 20 seconds behind the winner.

Vaughn Green also crept into the top 10, followed by Joe Bowles in 33rd.

First back for the Chorley senior Pike runners was Jullian Goudge in 24th and a time of 19:27.
