FOUR people were hurt after a 20ft tree was blown over in the wind.

A boy has suffered a suspected broken leg and three other people were hurt after the tree was uprooted at about 2.20pm outside the Hockery Brook pub in Hindley.

Firefighters were called as it was initially thought pub-goers were trapped underneath the tree.
