A DRIVER escaped unhurt after he crashed into the boundary wall of a mosque.
The crash, on Thursday afternoon, happened in the car park of the Zakariyya Mosque in Peace Street, Daubhill.
A spokesman for the mosque said: “The man was a member of the congregation and he was okay.
“The pictures make the accident look more dramatic than it was.
“Everything has been cleared up and the wall will be repaired.”
Emergency services did not need to be called.
