BARRISTERS, court officials and defendants alike were evacuated from Bolton Crown Court this morning after a fire alarm.
The alarm went off at about 9.30am after a heating panel in the building had overheated.
Dozens of people were forced to leave the building in Blackhorse Street while the situation was dealt with.
The court has now re-opened and people have been allowed to return.
