A MAN has been prosecuted for dropping a kebab on the ground in Unsworth.

Kane Hughes, aged 18, was walking along Parr Lane on February 10 when he dropped the kebab and the wrapping it was in.

Hughes, of Briscoe Lane, Newton Heath, appeared before Bury magistrates and admitted littering.He was fined £60 and ordered to pay £35 costs and a £20 victim surcharge.
