THE Mothers’ Union at St Silas Church, Blackburn, have hailed their spring festival a ‘great success’.
Margaret Wiggans said: “My grateful thanks to everyone who helped in any way and especially to the committee for all their hard work. Special thanks to the bell ringers who gave their time to come and ring for us.”
