THE Age UK Lancashire Trading and Information office in Clitheroe has moved.
The charity base has now relocated to the Pendle Club in Lowergate from its previous home in Castlegate.
The office will open every Wednesday between 9.30am and 12.30pm and from 1.30pm to 4pm.
The information and advice service will continue to hold a surgery in town in conjunction with home visits.
Deborah Kirkup, director of business development, said: “We are making this change as the numbers of people accessing the charity through the Castlegate office has been decreasing over the last few years.
“Rather than use up charitable funds on keeping an office open that people don’t want to use, we would rather secure our future in Clitheroe by providing what people want.”
