Road closed after boy hurt in crash
BOLTON Road in Bury is closed in both directions due to a serious accident involving a young boy.
The road is shut between Haig Road and Kitchener Street and Mile Lane following the crash.
Police have confirmed a boy has been taken to hospital with leg injuries.
Traffic is affected through Bury town centre and Bolton and a diversion through Ainsworth Road has been put in place.
