AN ELDERLY woman who went missing last night has been found safe and well.

Margaret Greenhough, aged 88, who suffers from dementia, was reported missing after leaving her home in Morris Green Lane, Great Lever just before 6pm.

At the time police believed she may have travelled to her previous home address in Gainford Walk, also in Great Lever.

But A spokesperson for Greater Manchester Police confirmed this morning that Ms Greenhough has been found safe and well.
