DANCE fitness spectacular Believe wowed crowds at Burnley Mechanics’ Theatre - with more performers than ever before.
The annual event, featuring members of Sanderson Dance and Fitness Centre, showcased a host of styles including hip-hop, Latin and the club’s new singing department.
Producer and director Gemma Bynert, who worked alongside a dedicated team of teachers and trainers, said the showcase event was ‘the result of a year’s hard work and commitment from staff and pupils alike’.
First half highlights included Defying Gravity, the opening number from the Upper Senior and Master Latin Team, while the Lower Junior Showcase Team followed on with a lively Bugsy Malone Melody.
Sandersons’ award-winning hip-hop squads all performed energetic and technical routines, and the production was brought to a finale by the Upper Seniors/Master Showcase Team’s rousing version of Jellicle Cats.
